The All-Atlantic2021 – All-Atlantic R&I for a Sustainable Ocean: Ministerial High-Level & Stakeholders Conference will take place under the Portuguese Presidency of the Council of the European Union, in close cooperation with the European Commission, aiming to strengthen Research & Innovation cooperation across and along the Atlantic Ocean, from pole to pole.
L’istituto di Scienze Polari ha programmato il Terzo Ciclo di Seminari per i mesi di Maggio, Giugno e Luglio 2021. I seminari si svolgono in videoconferenza il mercoledì una volta ogni quindici giorni e hanno una durata di 40min a cui si possono aggiungere 5 minuti per domande e discussione.

The AGM 2021 will be fully virtual, because the situation at the moment does not allow us to plan on a physical gathering, neither South nor North of the Alps. Therefore, we would like to invite all interested people in joining us for two days of scientific exchange on 25 and 26 March 2021.
The meeting aims to present and discuss recent advances in the investigation of mountain glaciers in their environment, no matter in which region of the world. The conference will be held on the Zoom platform. To take part without a contribution, they ask you to register online by no later than 22 March on the website.

The SIOS Data Mangement System Working group (SDMS WG) has prepared a series of online training courses.
The first edition will take place in March and April 2021 and will be led by specialists from SIOS-KC, MET.NO, NERSC, NINA and the Nansen Legacy. The training will consist of presentations (online or pre-recorded), exercises and discussions on specific problems with the tutor.
The online technical training series organized by the Arctic Research Icebreaker Consortium and the Association of Early Polar Career Scientists (APECS) may be what you are looking for! Exciting training modules taught by experts looking to share their knowledge and experience are waiting for you in March and April of 2021.
You can learn about marine robotics, the challenges of atmospheric measurements, how to manage working in a laboratory when it is moving and best practices in technical science support. The course is of interest for both, scientists and technical professionals.
